Don’t Give Up Trying To Stop Binge Eating

Have you given up on trying to stop binge eating?

If you’re reading this, I assume you haven’t. Even if you’re feeling defeated, there is still a little part of you that thinks you can do it.

Hold on to that little part. Grow it into a big part. There is no reason why you can’t.

There is also no reason why you should give up yourself.

For real, any reason you come up with, it’s not true. If you don’t believe me, email me your reason and I’ll tell you why it’s not true.

You matter, you’re worthy, and you’re enough.

Even if you don’t see it, you’re doing something right. Keep doing it.

Whatever you find yourself doing that’s setting you back, learn from it.

Trial and error is so important when figuring out what will work for you long term and making permanent change is hard, it’s taxing, and it takes effort. Do not give up for these reasons.

Too many people give up too soon – right when they were about to make serious change.

The truth is, you have to go through what’s called The River Of Misery to get from where you are now to where you want to be.

That river is exactly what it sounds like.

It’s not fun, it’s uncomfortable, and all your shit comes up.

Most people dip their toes in there, decide they hate it, and go back to what they’ve been doing.

These people do not stop binge eating.

These people do not become the best version of themselves.

You must cross through it to get to where you want to be.

Whether you’re in that river working towards making change or you’re staying where you are, you’re in misery. You get to choose which misery you want to live in – the one that changes you or the one that doesn’t.

How much longer are you going to wait before you make that trek towards change?

How much longer are you going to struggle with being where you are now?

How much longer are you going to stand on this side of the river, looking over at the other side, wishing you could be over there instead?

Don’t spend another minute wishing things were different. Instead, make things different.

The easiest way to do this is with someone by your side, to help guide you, to help you work through that shit, and to make sure you don’t turn around and go back.

That’s exactly the person I want to be for you.

We’re in this together and I want you to stop binge eating as much as you want to. Don’t wait any longer. Let’s go!
