This training is for you if…
There’s two main reasons why you feel urges to binge. You’re going to learn what they are and how to stop feeling those urges so you can stop feeling compelled to binge eat.
You’ll also learn how you can feel in control and empowered around food and how to stop eating when you want to stop.
And, you’re going to learn how to stay motivated and get to your goal without quitting 100 times.
You CAN stop binge eating and in these 4 days, you'll learn how.
Each day, I’ll host a class on Zoom at 3pm ET. If you can attend live, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with me and ask questions. If you’re not able to attend live, it’s not a problem. The calls will be recorded for you to watch and available until Thursday December 19th at 12pm ET.
You’ll also get daily homework. It won’t take a ton of time to do but, it will be very powerful when you do it and it will help you to implement what you’re learning.
Lastly, you’ll be able to join a community of people who struggle with the same things you do. I’ve created a private space for you to connect with other people who are doing this training as well.
The training will begin on Monday December 9, 2024.
